This week, we kept all the creatives involved in Graduate Fashion Week 2017 hydrated and ran our own competition to seek out the best concept design for our product.
Graduate Fashion Week took place from Sunday 4th - Wednesday 7th of June this year at the renowned Truman Brewery in E1. The yearly event is one of the most highly anticipated in the fashion industry’s calendar, with design leaders using it as a source to find the best emerging talent. Guest speakers imparting words of wisdom on eager crowds included Henry Holland, Gok Wan and Savannah Miller.
Our designated water stations kept VIPs, press, students and visitors hydrated throughout a busy week of shows, awards and industry discussions.
We were thrilled to meet the fashion industry’s talented newcomers...and help fuel their creativity through our product!
To celebrate the week, we gave students the chance to design a concept can; we shortlisted designs based on creativity and what we thought our consumers would connect with.
The nominees’ designs were posted on Instagram, where the public could vote for their favourite.
Oliver Gipson @ojrgdesign is the artist behind the winning design. His use of image, colour and typography reflects our brand’s identity while simultaneously contributing something unique and personal to the product.
